Digital product
Each purchase corresponds to the work and language edition shown on the confirmation screen. The product is delivered as an EPUB file.
Price and payment
The price is shown before checkout. QR payments in ARS are processed through Mercado Pago infrastructure and PayPal processes USD payments. VIA Literary does not store card numbers, bank-account numbers, or online-banking credentials.
Delivery
After the payment provider confirms payment, delivery is sent through a temporary link to the email entered during QR checkout or, where applicable, to the email associated with the payment. If delivery fails, you may request support using the contact email.
Personal use
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the digital copy. It does not authorize resale, public distribution, or making the file available to third parties.
Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds, cancellations, and other rights are handled under applicable law and the payment provider’s rules. These terms do not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
